Dr. Marianne Carroll
Dr. Marianne T. Carroll is a Board Certified Osteopathic Physician specializing in Dermatology and Dermatologic surgery as well as Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
Serving Florida since 2010, Dr. Carroll practices Adult and Pediatric Dermatology offering the most common treatments for skin diseases, from acne to mole removal. Her surgical services include treatment of skin cancer with Mohs micrographic surgery, excision, electrodesiccation curettage, photodynamic therapy, and topical immune modulators.
Dr. Carroll received her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI in 2002. Prior to completing her Dermatology residency in 2009, she completed her Internal Medicine residency in Flint, MI at Genesys Regional Medical Center in 2005. While pursuing her dreams to become a Dermatologist, she completed one year of research practicing at the local PHO as a primary care physician/urgent care physician.
Dr. Carroll received a Master of Biological Sciences degree and Master of Science of Nursing at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. She is a published author with articles ranging from cardiovascular disease to the use of topical immunomodulators for the treatment of FDA-approved non-melanoma skin cancers. She began her career as a clinical nurse technician at Providence Hospital in Southfield, MI.
After completing her BSN, she pioneered in her field to become the first new graduate nurse accepted in the Neurotrauma/Surgical Intensive Care Unit Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, MI and earned her MSN. She furthered her career at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) with a focus on patient education and program development in Cardiology. She then continued on at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, MI as an ANP with a focus on nurse education and staff development.
Currently a proud member of the following organizations, AAD, AOCD, ASDS, FSDS, AOA and ASMS, Dr. Carroll is dedicated to health and wellness personally as well as for others and is committed to helping the underprivileged. She participates in multiple missions internationally through DOCARE and various non-profit organizations, traveling to Europe, South and Central America, providing care for the underserved/underprivileged who are without access to health care.

Dr. Richard Herdener
Dr. Marianne Carroll is pleased to welcome to Carroll Dermatology, her husband, Dr. Richard Herdener. Dr. Herdener is a board-certified fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Herdner served 10 years in the US Navy Medical Corps and has since practiced dermatology in Spokane, Washington for over 36 years. His resume includes participation in over 40 research studies on a variety of topics. His vast experience in general dermatology, especially in the treatment of psoriasis, contact dermatitis, eczema, and skin cancer, makes Dr. Herdener a go-to expert for all things dermatological.
One of the kindest men you will meet, Dr. Herdener makes every patient feel cared about and understood. His unique clinical approach ensures that all dermatological issues can be addressed and treated, while maintaining the overall health and wellness of the patient, holistically. Stefanie Indellicati
Stefanie Indellicati is a board-certified Licensed Physician Assistant who is trained in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Stefanie completed a Masters in Physician Assistant studies at the University of Florida, and has medical training through the Dermatology Research and Practice scholars program.
Since starting her career as a Physician Assistant, she has worked in emergency medicine, urgent care, and primary care throughout Tampa and Southeast Florida. Stefanie is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.
As a Florida native, Stefanie is passionate about treating her patients in the West Palm area, and delivering customized treatment plans to her fellow Floridians. Her knowledge of dermatology goes beyond the basics, allowing her to deliver a personalized and consultative approach to help patients from head to toe.
